About the Role
Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Product, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and success of our copy trading platform. You will lead a team of product managers, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive the overall product vision to deliver a best-in-class user experience while achieving business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the long-term product vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate closely with executive leadership, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and product differentiation opportunities.
Translate user insights, data analytics, and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications.
Drive the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of product initiatives, utilizing data to make informed decisions and iterate on product features.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and adoption.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, representing the company and advocating for the product's value proposition.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven track record of success in a leadership role as a Vice President of Product or a similar position, preferably in the finance or technology industry.
Strong experience in managing and leading product management teams, with the ability to mentor and inspire individuals to achieve their full potential.
Deep understanding of product management principles, agile methodologies, and user-centered design practices.
Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product strategy with company goals and market needs.
Solid technical background with a good understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on delivering measurable results.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps, balancing competing priorities and resource constraints.
Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
