Go to settings under profile and activate you're available to answer questions within your area of expertise and help others with their questions and in return they will be required to rate your service from 1-5 stars and potentially tip you. Give a great service to your subscribers and provide more value than you charge and get your subscribers to review your service.

User tier is for every user and affects the rates and rewards you based on loyalty to the platform Expert tier is only for users who offers a service such as subscription or copying and rewards you based on how good of a service you offer to our users.
