About the Role
Role Overview:
The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the strategic development and management of our copy trading platform. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure the delivery of a high-quality, user-focused product that meets business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the copy trading platform, aligning it with the overall business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs, market trends, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, developers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists, to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.
Gather and analyze user feedback, data analytics, and market insights to iterate on product features and enhancements, continuously improving the user experience.
Develop user stories, wireframes, and product specifications that effectively communicate product requirements and ensure a clear understanding among the development team.
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful product releases, providing guidance and clarifications during the development process.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, driving user engagement and adoption.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and user satisfaction.
Drive agile product development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
Act as a product evangelist, conducting demos, training sessions, and presentations to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to showcase new features and product updates.
Requirements
Proven work experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in the finance or technology industry.
Strong understanding of product management methodologies, agile development processes, and user-centered design principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate user needs and market insights into actionable product requirements.
Solid technical background with a good understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Familiarity with financial markets, trading platforms, and investment products is highly desirable.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in creating user stories, wireframes, and product specifications using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting usability testing, and utilizing data analytics to inform product decisions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
