About the Role

Role Overview:
The Head of User Experience (UX/UI) will play a critical role in shaping the overall user experience of our copy trading platform. They will lead the design team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centric interfaces that enhance user satisfaction, drive adoption, and achieve business goals.


Lead the UX/UI design strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence in the user experience across all platforms and devices.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements.
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform the design process.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design concepts and interaction patterns.
Create visually appealing and intuitive interface designs that align with the platform's brand identity and usability best practices.
Establish and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and style guides to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing to continuously improve the platform's usability and effectiveness.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, incorporating innovative ideas and approaches into the platform.
Champion user-centered design principles within the organization, advocating for the importance of UX/UI in achieving business objectives.


  1. Proven work experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a focus on digital products and platforms.

  2. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

  3. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

  4. Proficiency in conducting user research, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development.

  5. Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and designing for various platforms (web, mobile, tablet).

  6. Experience with prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes and demonstrate design concepts.

  7. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation.

  8. Excellent visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout composition.

  9. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate design concepts clearly, and incorporate feedback into iterative design processes.

  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
